Pakistan Army Agents smuggle all that stuff. Even the name of Somali Al Qaeda is same as a Punjabi Terrorist Group that was formed by Pak Army (ISI) to help (almost all) Punjabi Pakistan Army slaughter Urdu Speaking Minority of Pakistan in Karachi.
I have been telling you, its Pakistan Army behind Al Qeada, planning, scheming, training, supplying Weapons etc. Otherwise, Osama's education and Brain is like an 8 year old Kids Brain. Read his speeches and you will know ...!
His General Knowledge is such that he had thought Atomic Bomb was just like a Pipe Bomb that he could assembly if Pakistan provided him the material (Ref: Published Interview of a Pakistan's Nuclear Scientist, who's Team had visited him on his request on the orders of Pak Army).

Pakistan Army is the one that has created Somali Al Qaeda. I don't know now but Pak Army was deployed as UN Peace Keeping force long before Black Hawk Helicopter Incident. It was Pak Army that has been supplying all kinds of arms to Somali Islamists and Somali Pirates. Since all the arms come from Pakistan, they have never attacked a Pakistani Vessel.
 Its not the first time that Pakistani Punjabis had been arrested in that part of Africa. Ethiopian Army had caught a few of them also, when it had attacked Somali JehaaDi Army that had taken over a part of Ethiopia.

Taliban in Afghanistan were disgusted with Pak Army, when Musharraf had verbally agreed to side with USA (to avoid US Air Attacks). They had returned to Pakistan and had gone in to hiding. It was Pak Army that went door to door, regrouped them in Pakistan, started paying them higher salaries than they were getting before, re-armed them and had started infiltrating them back in to Afghanistan.
It had taken Pak Army more than a year to start infiltrating Taliban back in to Afghanistan. This is why there were no attacks on US Army until January, 2004 and real insurgency had started in 2005, when some local Afghans were also put on Pak Army Pay Roll.

USA is being stupid because she has all the evidence of Pak Army's backing of Taliban but thinks that only some renegade ISI Officers are behind Taliban, not Pak Army's conniving, lying, cheating, backstabbing Leadership.
