CONSPIRACY
OF PACKAGES
It is learnt that a conspiracy is being hatched to deceive the simple
hearted 2 million people, with one more package, after making occupied
Balawaristan as the base camp against Kargil and getting more then four hundred
of NLI personnel killed and 1000 injured including dozen of POW and 40 missing.
It is regretted that when, the 1st fraud
package announced by Moin Qureshi, the then caretaker Prime Minister of
Pakistan, was disgraced by Afzal Khan, Minister for Kashmir affairs in PPP
Government. The package was made Sherpao and Naserullah Khan Babar such as a
decision of Jirga of Pathan colony. The
former advisor to PPP government Qurban
Ali paid a storming visit to Astore Baltistan and made announcement of millions
of rupees and claimed that he got that package approved.
Qurban Ali while making this claim forgot that he was member of
Balawaristan Mutahida Mahaz formed by various parties of this disputed region
under the supervision of BNF for achievement of their own government.
Pakistan had announced the
package due to the protest programme of this Front.
Apart from this, Qurban Ali, who was advisor in PPP government, was
expelled from the package committee by these Pathans.
At that time, I was in Islamabad, after reviewing the
package, I apprised the people through press that powers of executive (Mostly
non-locals and Pathans) had been further increased and there was no mention of
even basic or democratic rights. Elected
representatives would continue to work under the bureaucrats and the Judiciary
setup on contract basis would provide no relief to the people.
In that package, nothing was mentioned about basic or democratic rights,
though Tehrik-e-Jafferia and other people took much time to understand the so
called package.
Now once again attempts are being made to deceive the 2 million people on the name of one more fraud package, to lower down the increasing sympathy of people with BNF and other nationalist organisations and suppress the freedom struggle of Balawaristan in view of increasing resentment against ISI agents and so called Mujahideen after the Kargil conflict. Now it becomes the onus of the people in general and youths in particular that they should continue the struggle till Pakistan government. hands over the administrative control to the locals and calls back all it’s military, civil administration and civilians in accordance with the UN resolutions. Once again, the youth of Balawaristan are hereby appealed that sacrifices of NLI and political struggle of the people are bearing fruit due to which Pakistan government is highly disturbed, as a result they announced a package on one side and disbanded the NLI on the other side after giving them fake medals to extend it’s slavery over the region. The youths should reject the package and stop the exploiters from further exploitation of the right of freedom of Balawaristan.
