I am privileged to elucidate about the deteriorating Human Rights situation in Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and let the world aware of the fact that the clique who orchestrated Kargil sacrilege in 1999 is now on an unending power ride in Pakistan. Our beloved Monthly Magazine "KARGIL INTERNATIONAL" was for quite a long time belittling further efforts of this Worldly ambitious gang, to exploit our human resource after decimation and maiming of thousand of our Northern Light Infantry Soldiers in Kargil fiasco. Few days back the Army Major General ruler of Gilgit-Baltistan, arrogantly known as Force Commander Northern Areas (Gilgit-Baltistan), a Punjabi, Pakistani non-Local ordered civilian Home Secretary, another Pakistani Pathan settler to ban local magazine "KARGIL INTERNATIONAL. He in turn passed orders to another Pakistani Punjabi non-local Deputy Commissioner of Skardu, Baltistan to ensure implementation of these orders. The bold, courageous, competent and outspoken Chief Editor of Monthly "KARGIL INTERNATIONAL", Engineer Manzoor Hussain Parwana is being threatened and harassed by police and colonial administrative officials concerning his personal safety, parents, relatives and property. This is a decades old tactics of Pakistani colonizing forces here; significant especially before the recent breakage of Iron curtain from the Kargil misadventure and evil design of General Musharraf against the people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) as well as against the people of Kargil because of their sectarian differences.
According to the two Ex Prime Ministers of Pakistan Mr. Nawaz Sharif and Mrs. Benazir Bhutto, hundreds of NLI soldiers were forced to kill by sending them on the heights of Kargil. When more than 3000 soldiers got killed, Musharraf denied their involvement by terming it as action of Kashmiri Mujahideen. Later Musharraf himself awarded NLI soldier's whole had been buried throughout Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). More than 300 dead bodies buried on the terrains of Kargil, when Pakistan Army denied accepting them. The parents, brothers and sisters of those scattered dead bodies demand the return of their loves ones bodies by the help of UNO and International Red cross. Monthly Kargil International was the only local Magazine, which published some of these facts to the public by giving the names of soldiers, mentioning their bravery and the odds facing their widows and families in Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). ISI had threatened much time to the Chief Editor of this magazine and even to his families for dire consequences.
Instead of civil administration, the verbally order of Force Commander Northern Areas (FCNA) to ban the Magazine is enough to clear the evil intention of Pakistan Army towards the 2 million indigenous people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and towards the NLI particularly. It's the evil design of Pakistan Army and it's Chief General Musharraf to harm the people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and their sons the NLI by sending them to Kargil and now to Waziristan of NWFP against Al-Qaida and Talibaan by sparing it's own Punjabi and Pathans Army. FCNA has also given orders to the civil administration to arrest the Chief Editor by registering false case against him. This is clear the occupying regime will not hesitate to register sedition charges against him as usual, because Pakistan Army is treated as SECRET COW in Pakistan and no body can dare to challenge it or to expose it. To justify this illegal and immoral order to ban the Magazine, ISI used it's local stooge to defame the Chief Editor and his Magazine, by publishing absurdity words against him in print media, because his Editor had written an article against sectarian and religious intolerance by mentioning the names of Imam Khomeni the spiritual leader of Iran and Osama Bin Ladan.
Whatever wrong will be done with \the Chief Editor of Kargil International, his family members and editorial colleagues, Pakistan Army and it's agencies will be responsible, because this is FCNA order due to the exposure of Kargil episode, where our brothers were killed intentionally without legal norms many of them are still buried on the mountains of Kargil due to the apathy of Pakistan Army and General Musharraf. This is an area of 28000 Sq Miles disputed area of Jammu & Kashmir, which is the only part of the world,
1. where there is no Court to appeal against Human Rights violation
2. There is no free expression
3. Where politicians are facing WORLD RECORD sedition charges, the charges of seditions are the highest than the whole world.
4. There is no impartial Judiciary
5. There is no public representation
6. There is no Human Rights Organization
7. There is no free media
8. There is no free movement
9. The only thing is FREE here in this part of the world, is TERROR but by the help, direction and guidance of ISI.
10. This is the part of the World, where US coalition partner is still running terrorist camps without any hindrance and fear, due to these terrorists and it's master (ISI) the lives of the local indigenous democracy and freedom loving indigenous people are under threat.
