                              Appeal for Impartial Enquiry of World Record Sedition Cases
I have the privilege to bring your kind attention towards the World Record Sedition cases against the political workers and leaders of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) instead of the fact that Balawaristan does not fall in to the jurisdiction and constitution of Pakistan and it's imposed laws being a disputed land. I had already submitted an appeal about this grave issue to your honor that is why the occupier regime of Pakistan has one again issued a false refutation in the local newspaper against my appeal Date: May 9, 2002 Ref. BN-14/4-18 to your honor by using the speaker of puppet Northern Areas Legislative Council (NALC) as a tool to misguide your honor and world community. I would like to quote some resolutions adopted by NALC unanimously in its sessions held in Gilgit for your kind information about the Pakistani attitude and the nature the so-called elected body (NALC) of Balawaristan.
1. A resolution was passed in the 4th session of NACL in it's session held from 18-23 Sep 2000 for approval of the procedure and conduct of business rule 2000 and submitted to the PS of Chief Executive (CE), a Pathan from NWFP imposed by Pakistan as Minister for Kashmir Affairs & Northern Areas Affairs (KANA), but he did not bother even to reply.
2. i. Renaming of Basha Dam as "Diamar Dam" and construction of substitute road for the Karakorum Highway (KKH) effected, passed it's 10-15 Nov. 2000 session and submitted to PS to CE, but action is still awaited.
ii. Grant of royalty to Balawaristan instead NWFP, result was no reply.
iii. Grant of compensation to effected before construction of the dam. No reply
3. i. Right of self-rule in the light of Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 28 May 1999, submitted to PS of CE, but no reply.
ii. Abolition of Supreme Judicial Council comprising of bureaucrats to ensure independent Judiciary, but no reply.
iii. Bringing of Chief Court (contract base court) at per with the High Court, but no reply from Pakistan.
4. grant of compensation to the border firing effective (due to ISI sponsored terrorism) of Qamari/ Minimarg, District of Diamar, in session 10-15 Nov. 2000, no action was taken yet.
5. i. Conducting of development activities through NACL, instead of Paki imposed bureaucrats, action is still awaited.
ii. Powers to include development schemes in the Annual Development Program (ADP) till grant of Legal and Democratic Rights to the people of Balawaristan, dated 23 Nov. 2000, but no reply was the result.
6. On 20 Nov. 2000 NACL passed resolution unanimously and demanded that the reign of their Motherland should be handed over to them instead of imported Pakistani as CE of NACL. The result was given to them as such, that members of NACL were banned to enter any government office.
These were the few glimpses of the so-called NACL powers, which is the elected body of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan)
The false, fabricated and refute statement issued by Pakistani occupied regime in a local newspaper shows the intention of Pakistan to misguide the world community by such baseless and false statements and documentation against the 2 million downtrodden people of Balawaristan as usual. Government of Pakistan and it's intelligence agency have also the plan to send their handpick and false Human Rights organization to the part of the world to publish a fake report to misguide the world.
In the light of the above mentioned facts, I would like to appeal your honor, world community and Human Rights Organizations to constitute an impartial committee to ascertain the truth physically. Committee should be advised to visit the concerned Courts of Gilgit and Ghezer, besides the Counsels of the accused and respective Bar Councils. The list of following personals who are facing the death penalty in the sedition charges is reproduced chronologically.

1. 30-10-1986, Pakistani section 124 A of sedition was imposed against students of Degree College Gilgit including the General Secretary of students Union Abdul Wahid, of Old Polo Ground, Gilgit. 28-10-1986. When local people protested against the then Pakistani imposed Minister Syed Qasim Shah. The following leaders were arrested, tortured and sent to imprisonment by charging 124 A.

The leader and workers of Baltistan Student Federation (BSF), who were raising pro-Pakistani slogans and demanding for human, political and economical rights were arrested, among many detainees was
5. Hyder Shah the then General Sec. of BSF student's organization. 22-06-1996. When a Pakistan Army Col. Qazi Najeeb killed a local young Zakir Hussain, the people protested against the murderer. In spite arrest the culprit the occupier regime of Pakistan arrested more than 40 political activists and locals, tortured and sent them behind the bars. They are

The names of more than 30 victims are not available. Sedition case was registered and tortured the following singers when they sing a song against the imposed system in Gilgit.

Kargil prisoners 1999 The following political activist of KNM were arrested, tortured and sent to Jail, when they protested against Pakistan's miss-adventure against Kargil by using Northern Light Infantry (NLI) and the territory of Balawaristan.

115. Syed Haider Shah Rezvi, Ex- President BSF, was arrested and sent to prison after his speech against the illegal occupation of Pakistan and illegal detention of political activists on 14th Aug. 2000.
116. Basharat Shafi, a minor BNSO worker was arrested, tortured and sent him behind bars on 14th Aug. 2003, claiming that he has torched Pakistani flag in Hoondoor Village, Dist. of Yasen, Province Brooshaal, Balawaristan. He was tortured by ISI from 1st Nov to 6th Nov 2003, by taken him in to it's cell from Gilgit Jail.

Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) is the only place on this planet, where victims of Human Rights have no right to appeal anywhere. This is the only area of the world where neither the Human Rights activists nor foreign impartial activists are allowed. As a result more than 100 political activists, whose only fault is to oppose the occupation of Pakistan, would be hang to death, if your honor and world community did not take premeditate action against the illegal and in-human acts of Pakistan.
