FORCE COMMANDERS AND CORPS COMMANDERS AT GILGIT AND RAWALPINDI FOR GILGIT BALTISTAN (NORTHERN AREAS) PERSONALITIES AND CHARACTER TRAITS THEY ARE ALL IN ALL FOR THE OPPRESSED MASSES OF GILGIT BALTISTAN THROUGH THE FIRST COLONIAL MILITARY TIER KNOWN AS FMCC AND ALSO SUPERVISE THE SECOND CIVILIAN COLONIAL TIER NON LOCAL BUREAUCRACY GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDERS (GOC) OF FORCE COMMAND NORTHERN AREAS (FCNA) AND FIELD MONITORING COORDINATION CENTRES (FMCC) 1. At present, Major General Muzammil Hussain, 12 Baloch regiment, a Gujjar from Kala Gujran locality near Jehlum (Pothowar) on GT road. He is widely known in army circles as a “meethi churri” i.e. sweet cut throat (knife), rather as “meethi toap” i.e. sweet gun. He was earmarked and reserved to be Commander FCNA, even a year before his posting at Gilgit, being blue eyed of General (R) Pervaiz Musharraf. Maj Gen Muzammil Hussain, as a Lt Colonel at Kharian use to provide women to Pervaiz Musharraf, who was then Corps Commander in Mangla. He was caught carrying a girl for Musharraf - Corps Commander, Mangla in his car by the military intelligence. He earned a written intelligence report on that, which was erased and mugged up, because Musharraf remained army chief for very long. Because of Northern Areas being now firmly in Kashmir dispute equation, he is presently putting up a sweet face for his foxy corps commander, who was his boss before also and happens to be his boss even now, as well as predecessor. General Muzammil Hussain is on a charm offensive because now the GHQ and HQ 10 Corps have to soften the people after rubbing them too long during the tenures of the two savage, prejudiced and extremely self ambitious Commanders’ FCNA i.e. Major General Mohsin Kamal, now Corps Commander 10 Corps and Major General Tahir Mehmood, now Commander SSG (Special Services Group). Major General Muzammil Hussain very often performs Gilgiti dances and speaks titly bitly Shina language also. He is doing all this on the instructions of his boss and can even perform naked dances to earn good reports. He is a very shrewd, clever, cowardly and drama character. He is now getting out of his shoes and is peeping his nose very deep into the local politics of Gilgit Baltistan. If he continues doing it then he will be adequately reciprocated. 2. Before him, Major General Mohsin Kamal, basically belongs to a Mughal family from Jammu . Son of professor Nisar, an English subject teacher of Govt Degree College , Muzaffarabad. His grandfather was a draftman in Public Works Department at Gilgit, during Dogra cum English era. Mohsin Kamal is a “meesna” i.e. hypocrite, religiously bigoted, opportunist and self centred. He recites a siparah of Quran daily in the morning and at the same time arranges for the nonsensical pleasantries for General Musharraf. Presently he is suffering from cancer. He played havoc with the outraged population of Gilgit from 2005 – 2007 and will be abhorrently remember in history. 3. Major General Tahir Mehmood. He was unable to control and neutralize Agha Zia Uddin Rizvi and recommended his murder in July 2005 in a meeting chaired by General Pervaiz Musharraf and attended by Corps Commander 10 Corps, DG Military Intelligence, DG ISI and DG IB.
