Constabular) and some times ISI but they were never introgated. The recent bombing by ISI person near Shia mosque, Gilgit City, was the design of Pakistan Army to create sectarian tension by blaming this on Soonis

and to kill Soonis by showing the stage managed retaliation, which was long desing to divide and rule, so the brave people are not united againt the Pakistani rule.This is not individual act of ISI person, this is the

part of Pakistan occupation regime and its ISI. BNF was telling these type of terrorism to its indigenous people and condemning since 1992 after its establishment. The occupation regime has not been punishing any

one by blaming on external forces and we the people of BNF have been saying yes, these are the acts of exterla forces and their agencies and those external forces are getting orders to kill the indigenous poeple

of Gilgit Baltistan from Rawalpindi, Pakistan and BNF condemns this Pakistani terrorism in severe terms.(Note)

GILGIT: After reports that one of the accused persons who hurled a grenade at a shop near the imamia mosque at Punyal road injuring two persons the other day belonged to a sensitive security agency, the role of the law enforcement agencies including the intelligence bodies has become very suspicious in the eyes of the public.

Reports said that evidences had been collected by the security agencies which confirmed that one of the attackers belonged to a sensitive security agency. It may be recalled that the people of the region had already expressed
the suspicion that those spoiling the peace of the region through target killings and sectarian clashes had the sympathy of the government and its security agencies, because without their patronage
they cannot carry out such types of activities.
The accused in the Punyal road attack were caught by the timely action of the SHO concerned on a lead provided by the eyewitnesses of the incident. The shop at which the attackers struck is situated a few yards away from the post of personnel belonging to a paramilitary force but they could not arrest the culprits.
The recent attack and the disclosure that one of the accused belonged to a secret security agency has further created fear and insecurity among the residents. It also has made it clear that the culprits behind such attackers in the past were backed by the government and its security forces in the region. If true, it is a dangerous trend and calls for stringent measures to expose those who have been playing with the destiny of the locals.
