First of all I would like to offer my heartily condolence to all the Baloch martyrs families who have been killed by the coward forces of Pakistan since the present freedom struggle of Balochistan under the dynamic leadership of late Nawab Akbar Bugti. I also want to present tribute to all the Balochi leaders and their followers who have been struggling for the freedom of Balochistan from the occupation of Pakistan which is actually Punjabistan.
I represent Balawaristan National Front (BNF) which is struggling to emancipate Gilgit, Baltistan, Chitral and Shhenaki Kohistan from the illegal occupation of  Pakistan since 1993.In the presence of representative of great Baloch nation today here in Bangkok, I don’t have sufficient knowledge on this topic. But I am grateful of my Baloch friends who have given me an opportunity to present the 2 million most deprived and neglected part of Jammu and Kashmi, to which we call Balawaristanr.

No doubt, Balochistan has become a burning issue of South Asia today because of the heroic struggle of the nationalist parties and their youth in Balochistan who have been sacrificing their lives for their nation’s future.
Honourable guests, The first freedom struggle for Balochistan  started immediately after a new country namely Pakistan  based on religious hatred was created by British departing Empire in 1948. This was the turning point for Baloch nation when Pakistan merged a sovereign Kalat  in to its territory illegally. Pakistan of course a Punjabistan in real sense has been adopting a multy-prong strategy to deal with Balochistan from very beginning. Pakistan launched Military offensive against Balochistan in 1948 and then 1958, 1962, 1973 and 2002 up till now to crush the legitimate voices of Balochistan. Punjabistan kept Balochistan economically and educationally backward with its evil intention to suppress it further. Balochistan is a rich of natural resources  like gold, coal and gas etc which are being plundered by Punjabistan by depriving its real owners. Natural gas which was discovered in 1951 in Sui of Balochistan is supplied to Punjan and other  farflung areas of NWFP by depriving the Baloch owners.

This is the irony the real owners of the gas and other resources of Balochistan  were declared terrorists  and brutally killed when they demanded their share. Balochistan was/is not given  its due share in the Pakistan Army Air Force, Navy besides Police, Railways, PIA, Administration and Judiciary etc. We cannot found any Balochi in Islamabad and other cities outside of Balochistan while Punjabis and other nationals of Pakistan are roaming all over Balochistan.

Pakistan Army and other forces has turned its ugly face as occupying force rather as security forces for Balochi people.

Pakistan forces have turned the whole Balochistan in to a Military cantonment and the intelligence agencies particularly the notorious ISI has turned the whole Balochistan like a Nazi torture camp with the full support of the present  so-called democratic government. Thousands of innocent Balochi youth, politician and even innocent women, children and girls were kidnapped by ISI and  killed them after severe torture with impunity. Iftikhar Choudhry, the present Chief Justice of Pakistan who was sacked along with his 60 colleagues and their family members, when he tried ISI for its involvement in kidnapping and  killing the innocent Balochis. Supreme Court of Pakistan has failed to provide justice to the Balochi victims and their families even after the restoration of Supreme Court which clearly indicates the real power behind the curtain of the so-called democratic government of Pakistan. In such a country how an ordinary man can expect any justice in the ISI world, which even have been threatening   people in Europe and America. An Eighty years old Balochi political leader who served Balolchistan as governor and Chief Minister was killed by Pakistani forces while Mulla Omar and other Talibaan and Al-Qaida leaders and members  are provided secure shelter by ISI and Pakistani forces. In April 2009 three prominent Baloch Political leaders who helped UN in freedom of its member, were kidnapped by ISI in day light from a lawyer office and killed them after severely torture. The ISIs evil design was to kill UN official to declare Balochi freedom fighters as terrorists on international level, but  ISI failed, when UN official was freed after intense negotiation of  these Balochi leaders, which irritated Pakistan Army and its ISI .

Thousands of check posts have been established in Balochistan to harass Balochis on one side and to protect the terrorist Talibaan, Al-Qaida and other terrorists on that soil, in the same manner what we the people of Balawaristan are facing in Gilgit Baltistan since General Zia’s religious fundamentalist regime. More than 200, 000 Balochis have been displaced and many have been thrown out of their houses and lands to facilitate Punjabi forces and their Punjabi supporters.

Many Balochis haven been kidnapped and killed even after the restoration of the sacked Judges of Supreme Court and High Courts and even after the so-called Punjabi package to Balochistan. In such circumstances in my opinion no choice  has left with the Balochi leaders but to continue their struggle till the complete freedom from the occupation of Pakistan.

If we compare the legal position of  Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan, Chitral and Shhenaki Kohistan) with Balochistan or Sindh,  it’s totally different. Balochistan was made a constitutional part of Pakistan irrespective of its legality or democratic values. Balawaristan remained outside of Pakistan’s constitutional ambit since 16th  November 1947 till today like Jammu and Kashmir. The status of Balawaristan is still to be decided according to UN resolution 13th Aug 1948 and Pakistan had to withdraw all its forces  and civilian within 3 months after UN passed a resolution on 28th April 1949. On the other hand Balawaristan is  constitutional part of India, because of the accession of Mahraja of Jammu, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan on 26th Oct. 1947.

Its natural gift and reality that there is no differences or opposition  whatsoever between Balawaristan and Balochistan, because our geographical borders do not touch anywhere. That is why our interest do not clashes each other and apparently we have no common interest.

But there is one common interest or common enemy which compels us to be united and co-operate each other for our common interest. The common interest of Balawaristan and Sindh is river Indus, because Pakistan wants to submerge 1/4th part of Balawaristan by  constructing mega dams on River Indus  to keep green at the leaders of Sindh are silent when Pakistan has announced to construct 6 mega Dams including Diamar Bhasha dam. Who had raised their voices against Kala Bagh dam. It’s a common sense, if one dam (Kala Bagh) can affect the routine water supply for Sindh, what would be the consequences if 6 mega Dams are built on River Indus in Balawaristan. It’s the common interest of Sindh and Balawaristan to resist firmly against the construction of Diamar Bhasha and other dams for Punjab on the cast of Sindh and Balawaristan.

 

The common interest between Balawaristan and Balochistan is Karakorum Highway (KKH) which connects Pakistan with China and passes from Khunjarab of Hunza Gilgit up to Gawadar of Balochistan to enhance the economic and Military activities between Pakistan and China up to Gulf countries by depriving the Balochistan to the South  and Balawaristan to the north. Both in Dams and construction of roads from Gilgit to Gawadar Pakistan and China are hands and glow who exploit our resources by neglecting the interest of the people of Balawaristan Sindh and Balochistan.

On 18th Feb. 2010 Pakistan occupied forces  killed 3 innocent people and injured dozen, who were protesting against the forcibly construction of Diamar Basha Dam in Chilas.

On this auspicious occasion, I appeal the people of Balawaristan, Sindh  and Balochistan to be united and confront Pakistan and China on local as well as international level against their occupation designs in the name of the so-called economical progress. This may be the economical progress for Pakistan and China, but it will produce grave impact for the general masses of  Balawaristan, Sindh and Balochistan. The current revelation that  Pakistan is planning  to provide Military bases to China is nothing but a part of the future conspiracy to prolong their occupation of our Balawaristan and Balochistan for another century. This is a crucial time for the real nationalists of Balawaristan, Sindh and Balochistan to be firmly united against the foreign  occupation forces of Punjabistan. We  nationalists parties of Balawaristan, Sindh and Balochistan should also appeal to China which is struggling to become next super power not to be a part of Pakistan’s design of occupation force.
